    Conspiracy theory is just shitty term.

    As I told, view of history as some random events or acts of individuals (or small groups of them) is wrong, it is scientifically proven.

    Hence why I wrote "Class view" post above. As everything that is happenening now is struggle of classes.

    According to a press release from the Ministry of the Armed Forces published this Wednesday evening, 1,767 sailors of the carrier strike group were tested (Charles de Gaulle and Chevalier Paul). 668 are positive, 31 people are hospitalized, including one in intensive care, at the military hospital of Toulon. Other results are expected.

    Ships left port at March 15th and no signs of ilness had been observed all this time.

    So called beta coronaviruses

    They are very similar and never in billion years infected monkeys and humans (contrary to other family of coronaviruses that are with us for tens of millions of years). But started to regularly appear as soon as goverment labs started to work with them.

    All of them originated from big bat colonies.
    Bats immunity and specifics of living in large groups in total unsanitary conditions and messy sex life allow such colonies to become huge reservoirs of viruses tha bats collect from everything they eat for millions of years (and it include corpses and lot of small anumals).
    All of this colonies are known and are protected by goverments (very carefully protected) using video cameras and military in China and private military companies in other part of the world.
    Again, goverments specially cherish and protect deadly viruses.
    Wuhan lab had been build at the place exactly as it is quite close to such places.
    Lot fo grade 4 labs do exactly this - select and make new viruses to be transmitted by humans.
    Number of closed programs where they experiment on humans (homess, poor, criminals in jails, people in secret antiterror facilities) are unkown, but they certainly exist.

    @Vitaliy...very little outside of the hard sciences is scientifically proven. And nothing in the fields of social sciences is a scientifically proven fact. That includes marxist class theory. Even evolution is a theory. Aristotle made similar arguments and people said it was scientifically proven ....for over a thousand years...until it wasn't. But you're exactly right about bioweapons and bats. The viruses were modified to kill humans. Two facts that weren't mentioned...they're mammals, like us, so the breeding ground is fertile, and 20% of mammalian species are bats, so there's alot of choices. But there's also rats...the hantavirus does a pretty good job of killing people as well. And it can be an airborne respiratory disease. I'd bet, when this is over, people will shut these places down. Funding will cease and maybe some researchers will be imprisoned. That'd be a pretty good start. ps...oh...and you left out two primary candidates for bioweaponry....hiv and ebola. Both have considerable conspiracies attached.

    Actially you can see hundreds of proofs of marxist class theory all around yourself now. May be ruling class asked you that to do? No? What about democracy? May be they explained to people like educated adults that is the plan and if they agree with it? No? How so, what about mythical "social agreement"? May be it is all bad presidents and press, suddenly all of them have some head damage? But it is not permanant, as they somehow make lot of very sane laws and actions aimed to make your life worse at the same time.

    I'd bet, when this is over, people will shut these places down. Funding will cease and maybe some researchers will be imprisoned. That'd be a pretty good start.

    Do not bet anything, no one will do anything with such places or labs until capitalists are ruling class. It is same as expect criminal to throw out hisfully loaded gun because he wants "fair fight". Happens in bad films only.

    In the span of approximately 100 days, the entire global capitalist empire has been transformed into a de facto police state. Constitutional rights have been suspended. Most of us are under house arrest. Police are rounding up anyone not cooperating with the new emergency measures. They are pulling riders off of public transportation, arresting people whose papers aren’t in order, harrassing, beating, intimidating, and arbitrarily detaining anyone they decide is “a danger to public health.”

    Authorities are openly threatening to forcibly pull people out of their homes and quarantine them. Cops are hunting down runaway grandmothers. They’re raiding services in churches and synagogues. Citizens are being forced to wear ankle monitors. Families out for a walk are being menaced by robots and Orwellian drones.

    Counterterrorism troops have been deployed to deal with non-compliant “rule breakers.” Anyone the U.S. authorities deem to have “intentionally spread the coronavirus” can be arrested and charged as a coronavirus terrorist. Artificial intelligence firms are working with governments to implement systems to log and track our contacts and movements.

    The system (i.e., global capitalism, not a bunch of guys in a room hatching a scheme to sell vaccines) is reacting to the last four years of populist revolt in a predictable manner. GloboCap is attacking the virus that has been attacking its hegemonic body. No, not the coronavirus. A much more destructive and multiplicitous virus … resistance to the hegemony of global capitalism and its post-ideological ideology.

    If it isn’t already clear to you yet that this coronavirus in no way warrants the totalitarian emergency measures that have been imposed on most of humanity, it will be become clear in the months ahead. Despite the best efforts of the “health authorities” to count virtually anything as “a Covid-19 death,” the numbers are going to tell the tale. The “experts” are already memory-holing, or recalibrating, or contextualizing, their initial apocalyptic projections. The media are toning down the hysteria. The show isn’t totally over yet, but you can feel it gradually coming to an end.

    In any event, whenever it happens, days, weeks, or months from now, GloboCap will dial down the totalitarianism, and let us out, so we can go back to work in whatever remains of the global economy … and won’t we all be so very grateful! There will be massive celebrations in the streets, Italian tenors singing on balconies, chorus lines of dancing nurses! The gilets jaunes will call it quits, the Putin-Nazis will stop with the memes, and Americans will elect Joe Biden president!

    Or, all right, maybe not that last part, but, the point is, it will be a brave new normal! People will forget all that populism nonsense, and just be grateful for whatever McJobs they can get to be able to pay the interest on their debts, because, hey … global capitalism isn’t so bad compared to living under house arrest!

    And, if not, no problem for GloboCap. They’ll just have to lock us down again, and keep locking us down, over and over, indefinitely, until we get our minds right. I mean, it’s not like we’re going to do anything about it … right? Didn’t we just demonstrate that?

    Law allows corporations to perform digital tracking, video recording, face recognition, using AI and big data storage, collecting all health information. Also law modify On personal Data law to allow free and simple work with personal data if you just call them "depersonalized" by replacing name by hash number (ala Apple and Google now).

    Time for experiment - 5 years. Starts from July 1st.

    Law is fully ignored by mass media who instead push mass hysteria to hide this.

As soon as the army sides with the people, game over. There's so many articles about their culpability, it will impossible to evade, esp since there's a distinct possibility humanity will have to live with this for decades.

    Even in large cities around 50% of poor families lack anything suitable besides cheap smartphone (and 80% do not have proper internet access outside cheap limited smartphone acceess), around 30% of all families with students or school are children also do not have anything besides smartphone.

    Totally possible to put a desktop together for the cost of a mobile phone. It won't be an iMac, or nice looking, and not crazy powerful, but it will work.

    Time to end the "smaller is better", "phone is better" rubbish that has been so popular for the last 10 years.

    I think you don't get the point. It is quite hard do anything if you don't have job or even if you have you get $450 a month ($100 after you pay all basic things).

    None of modern online education tools work good on old or slow computers, as it is all online JavaScript based horror. At least you need modern 2 core/ 4 threads CPU model, just for bare minimum. Normally it works only on 4-6 cores. Checked.

    Smartphones push won't end, as smartphones is that holds all industry now. Smartphones and premium notebooks. For desktops it is only premium gaming models that have good profits, but even them are 4-5x less.

    Currently, drug repurposing is an alternative to novel drug development for the treatment of COVID-19 patients. The antimalarial drug chloroquine (CQ) and its metabolite hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) are currently being tested in several clinical studies as potential candidates to limit SARS-CoV-2-mediated morbidity and mortality. CQ and HCQ (CQ/HCQ) inhibit pH-dependent steps of SARS-CoV-2 replication by increasing pH in intracellular vesicles and interfere with virus particle delivery into host cells. Besides direct antiviral effects, CQ/HCQ specifically target extracellular zinc to intracellular lysosomes where it interferes with RNA-dependent RNA polymerase activity and coronavirus replication. As zinc deficiency frequently occurs in elderly patients and in those with cardiovascular disease, chronic pulmonary disease, or diabetes, we hypothesize that CQ/HCQ plus zinc supplementation may be more effective in reducing COVID-19 morbidity and mortality than CQ or HCQ in monotherapy. Therefore, CQ/HCQ in combination with zinc should be considered as additional study arm for COVID-19 clinical trials
