The touch screen of this camera its a f*cking joke, inst 100% touch screen. I have this camera and the GX8, the Panasonic as intuitive camera win by 'goleada'.

I have a question. The menu and configuration of profiles of this camera is overwhelming, I would say that it surpasses me; What is the best setting for video and cinema?

Best setting for amateur cinematic videos is 720p30, auto focus and auto exposure. And kit lens.
At least sometimes things will be in focus and more or less visible in frame :-)

Prepare yourself for a deluge of opinions on "best settings."
If it has slog3, you might want to give it a try. Some people complain about it with an 8-bit file, but I actually find it completely usable.
