is 32gb worth it?

Im switching from a desktop to a laptop. The ones I'm looking at either have 32gb with a slightly slower CPU and a HDD, or 16gb with a slightly faster CPU and two SDD harddrives which one would be better for video editing on a laptop? thx kenoah
