I'm looking for a simple adapter to adjust aperture on my Sigma 18-35 on a GH4. I'm not bothered by Auto Focus, speedboosting or by anything other than being able to control the aperture electronically.
Any options beyond the quite expensive Metabones and Kipon options?
I saw this - any thoughts?

I also want to know. Last time, I email one of these made in china adapter seller. They replied that it is not compatible, but it seems they did not do a proper test whether it works or not or whether a firmware update, which is I assume they will never do, will make Sigma 18-35mm f1.8 compatible with their adapter. They simply replied full stop.
If you finally bought it, can you test it and report? Thanks -
Ok - its on amazon so i might take a punt and return it if it doesn't work.
