Capitalism: Anti -Smoking Lobby
  • image

This guys fight for your health. Kind of, may be. But most probably not.

One of the theories of anti smoking huge pressure is that it allowed to much more isolate individuals at work and reduce breaks.
All this guys told you how horrible the smoke oils are and nicotine is not so bad, but suddenly as vaping appeared it is now "nicotine - a toxic and highly addictive substance " who is at blame for all.
Externally it seems that it is all guys who could not became open nazis found proper place - fighting with smoking. And their second half's are selling to smoke quitters new nice expensive medical drugs.

  • Smoke marlboro reds like a normal person.

  • Authorities in San Francisco are considering banning the sale of e-cigarettes until the FDA carries out an investigation on their effects on health. Officials from the city -- which has already banned the sale of flavored tobacco and flavored vaping liquid -- said such a review should have been completed before e-cigarettes entered the market.

This same guys will soon legalize heavy drugs, get my word.

  • Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is pushing a new bill that would block all tobacco and vape purchases for Americans under 21 years old

    Moving fast.

Get my word, this guys will soon make new bill allowing to kill instantly anyone who is smoking tobacco and not weed :-)

  • FDA issued warning telling not to advertise vaping products as less harmful than usual smoking. I have big issue with it, as official medicine told that 98% of damage is made by tar and other shit that is in the smoke. Now trend is reversed as elites now want official medicine to declare different things.

Trump is preparing to induce total ban on vaping sales. Main unofficial reason - it prevents proper spread of heavy drugs.

  • Apple is banning all 181 vaping-related apps from its App Store, with the ban coming into force Friday.

Apple has acted in the wake of a troubling report by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The report, published Thursday, concluded that 42 people in the US had died from lung injuries associated with e-cigarette use.

Same guys make/sponsor report, same guys promote it in media, same guys ban apps. I mean here main Apple investors/owners.

How many people got injuries from accidently drinking washing detergents? Around 100x-1000x more, no? How soon we can expect nation wide reports and such? Never?

What is exact percentage of this people from all such device users in US? Bad number for press, so better not use it.

Remember - quite soon Google and Firefox will start banning sites fully according to same logic.

Facebook will start same complain even sooner, Paypal will follow.

All this companies must be destroyed and eliminated with their bosses going to 12 hours working camps for 50 years.

  • What do you suggest to do so we can stop this?

  • @endotoxic

Only working way is to stop capitalism.

  • How can we stop it?

  • I guess friendly talk will not do.

  • @Meierhans

Even slow and partial steady movement won't work as South America countries showed.

  • @vitaliy_kiselev So there is no proper answer, even with your know how and background.

I wonder if you can really propose a true solution, one that can be implemented and trusted.

  • @endotoxic

Actually it is good and proper answer. All progressive part of humanity celebrated 12 days ago day of this answer.

  • Great October Socialist Revolution

  • Could you elaborate more about that please?

And dont see how that revolution can be repeated over this period.

  • The US Congress has voted to raise the age for purchasing tobacco from 18 to 21, and it’s applied that rule to e-cigarettes as well as more traditional tobacco products

    Next move.

  • @endotoxic

failure of global economy as means to 'balance' imperialistic power, resource crisis leadind to hard limits in production, no real growth and collapse of speculation, ongoing widespread colonial conflicts and a dozen potential threats of global war, capitalism is degenerating from looting allotment to clausewitzlike total war.

Seems reasonably close to the past. Also in lots of places labour in capitalism is losing any sight of potential connection with any kind of welfare.

Don't look like majors can throw nukes at each other and take a grip of the world at the same time. Even if not, capital means nothing today in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Bolivia, Venezuela, Syria, etc... things are holding toghether with momentum and rubber bands.

  • @roadsidepicnic

What a grate answer. For some of us its sometimes difficult to understand global crisis.

I find it interesting such answers that makes me feel to make a revolution.

Sometimes even when you seem to find something powerful enough to make you wake up. Something grater comes through and turns you around.

    Thanks for the answer.

So I might be that a real revolution may take place in near future. Cos you cant milk the cow until a certain point.

I wonder how will this take place and where?

A real revolution this time would be mega disaster. Involving high tech from both parts and more sadistic measures for shure against us, the general population.

  • The San Francisco has banned the smoking of tobacco and e-cigarettes in apartment buildings, but has also allowed smoking cannabis. The San Francisco Chronicle writes about it.

    Nicey.

  • An international group of scientists from the USA, Germany and Mordor found that stress, characterized by the release of norepinephrine, can trigger the development of cancer, as well as cause a particularly dangerous recurrence of tumor cell growth. This is reported in an article published in the journal Science Translational Medicine.

    Even better.

  • Sorry. I don't wanna see "Great October Socialist Revolution" in US. You know common people bear the most pain when such thing happens.

  • @stonebat

If you don't want to see something because TV said you to think so - does not meat it won't happen.

You know common people bear the most pain when such thing happens

You started to talk like our rich white guard guys who had been forced to flee to Paris (later almost all of them supported Hitler and prized mass killings of people, btw!).

Care about yourself, not common people, common people will care for themselves.

  • I'm not a rich white guy haha. At this point....yeah I couldn't disagree with you on the last point.

  • @stonebat

"White guard" is common term, guys who had been on opposite side to "Red guard". Fought for capitalists and land owners, had been supported, equipped by allied forces (countries who started invasion after October Revolution).

  • Last year, a law was passed that effectively equates electronic cigarettes with conventional cigarettes in terms of regulation. But to ensure a sustainable reduction in the burden of nicotine addiction, it is important to develop and implement new measures

    Oleg Salagay

One of the first official declarations that they are not fighting any lung issues.
They want to remove cheapest and simplest way for people to calm down and deal with stress.
