When you can simply run thin power wire and leds in a tiny package attached, you can stick them anywhere.
Also be sure to note warm white, white, neutral white, cool white etc. I think white is next to tungsten 4000K iirc. Although then there's gels, but it's nice to not waste lighting power.
Also if you're not shooting mostly a contemporary based setting... with even lighting everything needs to be detailed and well made.. props, costume, make up, sets, etc.
Cree XM-L's are the best package atm.. 100 lumens per watt. But are much more expensive, and you can't get 100w packages from what I can tell.
Also there is that massive new hand held LED light with lots of LEDs in it... ridiculous amount of power, a guy lit up some mountains with at night on video. Think it will retail for $2k iirc.
