Battery life or size isn't mentioned anywhere, so I'm assuming it will be reasonable.

UPDATE _ just found it 3.7v 3200 mAh Work Time: Up to 8~10 hours (manufacturer specs)

Ok, just got this thing and it plays fluidly Plays 1080P MKV or mp4 videos encoded with profile High@L4.1 with the standard video player that comes installed direct from the MicroSD card, no audio sync issues. Screen is not IPS but is very good.

Here's the kicker. it also plays perfectly my GH1 and GH2 original MTS files in 30p and 60p.

Exactly what i want it for.

This little tablet is FAST, very very FAST and certainly lives up to it's Dual Core specs. No heating issues, it runs warm to touch on your face that's all.

Yep, they saved on the screen. But it is good news that processor is up to the task, so other tablets with it having IPS screens can be also recommended.

From Ramos-Sales direct, link above VVV1151, China to Oz 4 days DHL, $106 + $19 fast shipping, bargain. Has latest firmware version. Have 32Gb micro SD card that gives me 50Gb tablet heaps smaller in physical size than my ipad.

As for low priced tablets I strongly suggest to look for RK3066 based tablets, preferably with IPS screens

Specifically look at YuanDao N70 , as it has AFFS panel(but not from HYDIS as 5.6" monitor in our deals). Normally it is better suited for working outside .
