Power cable for B4 lens

I am having a heck of a time trying to find a way to power the servos on my B4 lens. What I need to find is a short, 12-pin hirose to d-tap cable, wired for a Fujinon lens, and I am not having much luck. Does anyone have any suggestions?

people sell them on ebay .. not sure about d-tap but the one guy costume makes them to your lens needs..

Take care guys, I ordered the first listed DYI Vision Camera Guppy 12 pin plug but this is a CCTV plug and does NOT connect with the B4 lens. There are two different layouts of hirose 12 pin plugs!
