Too bad this isn't true tilt shifting, just a blur effect. Is it possible to have this effect with an TS-adapter and, say, a 50mm 1.4 lens?

For miniature faking, I actually prefer post production blur over real tilt shifting, since it gives you much greater flexibility.

Here is my most recent tilt shift film, shot with the GH2. I shot with the new firmware (which was not hacked back then) at 25fps HBR. However, I find the quality terrible compared to the 24 fps mode. Thank god, I have to blur most of the image in postproduction. I hope the results with the hack aber better. Anyways, check it out here:

I have Nick Driftwood's Orion hack installed with timelapser 2fps on the MJPEG setting - had to grab some quick lunchtime footage at 2fps to test the filter, hence the rough and ready mov - on a very windy day. Not true tilt but pretty quick and useful to apply in post.
