24 bit recorder and 24 bit app for recording to phone

I'm looking at the MV88+ to record to phone (not for me.....)
Is there anything better, and also, is there an app for iPhone that will record the 24 bit audio in the video stream? Tx. -

The APP is also very good and well documented but sound only and Android only.
