According to Mindfactory, around 18,000 AMD Ryzen CPUs were sold which amount to 81% of the total CPUs sold by the German retailer Only 19% or less than 5000 Intel CPUs sold in the previous month which is the lowest number in the last two years since AMD introduced Ryzen. The percentage and number of CPUs sold are even higher than July when these processors were initially introduced which means that demand continues to remain strong for 3rd Gen Ryzen processors and one can only imagine the market share if AMD sorts out supply issues with their top-end 3rd Gen processors which include the Ryzen 7 3800X and Ryzen 9 3900X.
Wow. That's amazing.
85% of all CPUs sold is AMD now.
Intel holds B2B market quite well due to much better special programs (read - bribes and back payoff to management). Unconfirmed rumors are that Intel doubled number of people working only on this criminal part of their business.
