Yep, it's about the FS7 + Odyssey7Q, but the workflow with the FS5 + Odyssey7Q+ is exactly the same.

A pity that video doesn't have more examples comparing with the 4K internal (as that is only 8bit 420, vs 1080 internal which is 10bit 422!)
