It looks very clinic to me eyes, but maybe it's just me. What if we could use this camera with an anamorphic adapter to make it softer? Does the lens extends and rotates the front?
Shooting experience at dpreview
Overall, the RX10 II does a lot right. It might be a bit of an awkward fit for some folks, like myself, but it honestly did not take long for me to warm up to it. It's a very versatile camera that can handle its own in almost any shooting scenario.

Did a pre-wedding video using just RX10M2, using slog2+cinema, high speed is the bomb
Video I made for TYPOS 2015 / CONVIVIO Exhibition (facebook.com/AssociazioneCulturaleTypos) in collaboration with Francesco Morosini (audio).
Brief was to interpret an assigned culinary recipe through a different media (in this case video and sound). Our recipe was "Friulano soup with potato dumplings and sea urchins". The interpretation is based on an abstraction of the idea of mixing elements and of the mutual and transitory effects every element has with each other, while maintaining a visual and auditory resemblance with the real ingredients. Soundtrack: Francesco Morosini (a-lab.eu/) All made in-camera, NO 3DAny chance of getting an update to slog3?
Any chance of getting an update to slog3?
