Cell phone advice

Right now ive had my same iphone 4s for almost 5-6 years, I want something new with bigger screen because I was thinking that I can use it as a larger second monitor for my gh4, specially when I get a Gimbal. Dont know what ones would be best, I want something that can take good pics too. heres a few ive been looking at.

Galaxy Note 4
Nexus 6

S5 is smaller and have better camera. But Note 3 is not bad also.

Very reliable (sort by orders number if you are afraid). It is original refurbished phones.
