Can anyone tell me how to make this lens work on my gh4?

I bought this lens on eBay with the understanding that it was a c-mount lens as it said this in the description. I received the lens and a c-mount to m43 adapter and there is no way that I can see that this lens will attach to the adapter.

It is an Apollo Television lens. Does anyone know anything about this lens that may be able to help?

looks to be a bayonet mount not screw mount?

It is most definitely not a screw mount. It came off of a Burle security camera according to the ad.

Contact the seller. The mount is probably still attached to the camera.
