Of course, it is Android 4.4
Btw - more brandy thing with same screen - Google Nexus 7, $139, http://www.ebay.com/itm/310950602934
If the processor is more important to you then I'd get the Nextbook 7.85 Quad Core. It has a 1.6Ghz Quad Core as opposed to this tablets 1Ghz Quad Core. It's also readily available in the USA since Walmart now carries it. It currently has Jellybean, but it's supposed to be updated to KitKat next month.

4xA9 is quite old for now, and eat battery fast. $99 tablet is not really interesting now, just sale of old stock with old screens.
Processor on the tablet of this size absolutely does not matter usually, unless you are playing heavy 3D games. Also can feel it if you open bunch of tabs with sites full of flash.
@Vitaliy_Kiselev The tablet you posted is an 4xA7. Isn't that an older processor than the 4xA9? As for the processor eating the battery, the higher rez screen on the tablet you posted will also eat the battery. The Nextbook also has a bigger battery.

Yep, it is clear. A9 based quad cores are old processors, as they are not really very powerful and battery hungry. A7 is not new, but quite weak and battery friendly. And for all real tasks it is enough.
As for the processor eating the battery, the higher red screen on the tablet you posted will also eat the battery. The Nextbook also has a bigger battery.
It is not true. It is only true for screens with same backlights and with exactly same tech used. Higher res screens are different from low res ones.
It is true that the Nextbook has a bigger battery. 4000mAh as opposed to 3100mAh.

Looking at battery it good, but do not look to much into this in the Chinese tablets. Without real personal tests it is all useless.
