Interesting performance .. the manual shows pictures of Canon EF lens without showing the Canon logo. 100fps would be good. The manual says 50fps at 1080 and 100fps at 720, but the specs say 100fps at 1080.
4k but only 1080p or the name is 4k kinemini.
Was this the 8mm sensor camera? or its another project.
No Canon logos on the lenses coz these are only 3D mock ups.
Kinefinity's gear is pretty cool, but it seems that they're even worse than BlackMagic at getting their cameras out to the world. Last year the Mini was announced, and as far as I know virtual no one in the U.S. has been able to purchase one. Kinefinity really needs to open up their distribution channels. All that said, they're producing some pretty cool gear at reasonable prices. Let's just hope this year people will actually be able to buy it.
Forget the Mini...How about the KiniMax:

This is a 6K shooter with different size window framing (35mm, 16mm, 2 inch etc.).
It has a Super35 sensors and can do 16 stops and 14 bits bit depth in 3K via pixel binning
I think it's 14 stops @ 6K and 16 stops @ 4k.
Whoa!!!
This is the camera I'm probably most interested in at the moment, however I can't help but notice the highlights seem to have a blue/green cast in most of the footage I've seen thus far. Is it bad grading or color science issues? It would be nice to have some ungraded sample footage to examine.
KineMini 4K Cinema DNGs available for download.
Kinfinity KineMINI tests
The last video is astonishing, I love the colors and the grain :)
How this camera is setup and the images it produces would suite me perfectly. It's great that they have no NR. Wish it had a U.S. Distributor, but even that may not prevent me from investing come summer. Cineform is such a wonderful codec that I wish more camera's would support, very efficient compression.
First video review:
Has anyone actually bought or used this camera?
Has anyone actually bought or used this camera?
Yes of course, otherwise they would not be making them :-P But they are much much more popular in China/Asia than the western world, this us English speakers are not seeing so much of it.
