Need your help: Need OCT-18 to M43 adapter for shoot in 7 days

I've got a shoot in 7 days and really need an OCT-18 to M43 adapter for my Lomo lenses. If anyone has one that they'd like to sell, or even rent for a few days, please let me know. Thanks. (Normally I would order from Ciecio7 on ebay but the shipping time is too long.) Hopefully someone has one and can ship to me via 3-day shipping and save the day. Much appreciated.

Anyone who can help here would be great - this is for our last day of filming for our first feature. The scenes are complex and would really benefit from a 2nd camera, which we were luckily able to just now get at a decent price that we can afford...but we really need that adapter. This would basically save the day for us. If you have an adapter or know someone who does, please consider renting or selling it to us. Thanks, Matt

It is boxed up and ready to go. I can get it to you quickly if you buy it. This is the more premium one with the locking pin that keeps the lens from spinning when focusing.
