I picked up a 16GB 5s this past week. Its my first smartphone and I'm definitely satisfied. Shooting and viewing photos/videos on the iPhone itself is very nice. I have not yet uploaded anything to my hackintosh for pixel peeping. The burst mode that shoots seemingly unlimited shots kind of blew my mind but maybe thats common now. Otherwise Plants vs Zombies 2 runs great :-P
Anyone see this Samsung Galaxy Note 3 4K UHD Video ?
Also here is a 2560x1600 screenshot off my 30" monitor.
Now try that without a gigantic white background and without more than enough lights. The compression will be overwhelming then.
My GoPro 3 Black does 720p @ 120 FPS. It is amazing for skiing because the white background is easy to compress. It is absolutely horrible if you use it inside and without ample external lighting. The compression turns it to mush at that frame rate.
It is easy to make 720p @ 120 FPS look good in a studio. However, it is very rare that you need 120 FPS in a studio. You usually need it in environments that you can’t control.

shot entirely on 5s, around the world in 1 day. (i'm assuming multiple people shot the clips lol)
The camera on the 5S is the best iPhone one yet, but it falls short of receiving our recommendation award. Yes, you can take great pictures, but it's still frustrating that Apple haven't allowed more manual controls over shooting.
