How to change framerate

Short question: How do I record at 25p with Flowmotion v2 hack? I have already set the camera to pal mode.

Just chose HBR instead of 24P.

I don't find that option. When I am in 24p cinema and Variable movie mode I can choose 24h and 24l. When I am in manual movie mode I can choose fsh or fh and also avchd 1080i, avchd 720p and motion jpeg.
Edit: I think it is because I use the old firmware. I will now update.

yes, HBR Mode is only available in The 1.1 firmwire
