At first saw the old site earlier today. CTRL F5 didn't help.

Followed the DNS flush guide for Windows (on Win8), didn't bother rebooting on last step, found the new site anyway.

This is totally ok, as if you check it reference comment number. So, if notice was from old server, and you clicked and opened new you are looking at other comment in other topic.

Anyone else having problems on Droid phones connecting to the new server? I keep getting a Boink error. Cleared cache, history and everything else.
