  • Their boogey-woogie phrasing needs some help.... Better off sticking with the original. There's a very interesting documentary on the theremin, and its creator:

    BTW, the 2nd movement of Beethoven's last piano sonata, op. 111, actually does have boogie-woogie in it -- 80 years ahead of the beginnings of ragtime and jazz. When people hear it for the first time, they can't believe their ears.
