Cam looks good. This might be a possible addition if it can be ported and I´d love to see how it looks with moon t10 on it. :)

GX7 is a terrific camera. There's a lot to love here and between the GX7 and the GH3, Panasonic is making a strong argument for M43's continued presence in the market.

My reality check on cameras is the comparometer on Luminous Landscape. I always compare a new camera to the same camera, the EPL1. That's because the EPL1 has very good IQ, but costs $125 on eBay. At base ISO, the EPL1 is better than the GX7. So what does it all mean? Well, you can't just go by review sites, but it also means you are probably not going to get a better camera--as a photo camera--as far a just shooting a photo outdoors at base ISO, so make sure you really want the extra features before buying. In this case, the video looks very promising for the GX7. I am at a loss to explain why the newer sensor is not better for photos, but it probably is good enough judging by some of the samples.
The Panasonic Lumix DMC-GX7 is the best Panasonic compact system camera to date, and one of the best interchangeable lens cameras that we've ever reviewed. Offering a winning combination of outstanding image quality, excellent performance, deep feature-set and great design, the new GX7 deserves to be a run-away success.
For the very first time on a prosumer Panasonic compact system camera, the GX7 has a built-in electronic viewfinder, and what a viewfinder it is! If ever there was a reason to end the debate about optical versus electronic viewfinders, this is it. Firstly, it has a staggeringly high resolution of 2764k dots, which translates into a display so good that you would swear it was an optical finder, helped in no small part by the high color reproduction of approximately 100% of the Adobe RGB colourspace.
The top shutter speed has also been increased to a very impressive 1/8000th second, making the GX7 one of the first compact system cameras with a mechanical shutter to offer such a high speed, and great for freezing fast-moving objects or shooting wide-open with fast lenses, even in bright conditions.

GX7's custom curve feature will allow inverse s-curve to make image flatter.

Btw, we'll have GX7 available on our deals very soon. Let me know if you want one.
Yes, I want one!
The OM-D indeed has active IBIS working at video recording, maybe on the GX7 will be implemented later on.
Panasonic updates its Image App for Android and iOS to version 1.7 to support tethering over Wi-Fi for Lumix GX7 camera:
When using DMC-GX7, please use Image App 1.7. If an old version of Image App is used, the application would not perform properly.

Good news.
Yes, I may be interested as well... if I can afford it and it's NTSC
Was waiting for the E-M1 lauch to decide which would be my new camera, but no 24p/25p was a deal breaker - and we have to see if the codec was improved. 5 axis IBIS is a huge deal for video - and I don't think that the GX7 will have its 3 axis IBIS enabled for video; Olympus never enabled it in their cameras that have this kind if IBIS, I guess that probably there is some technical factor involved.
My new one will be the GX7 - hope that someday it could be hacked. I love my GH2, but there is some things that I'm missing.
Just remember to wait for prolonged and detailed tests first.
Usually sensor stabilization is not good idea for long shots, sensor heats up.
@Vitaliy_Kiselev How long is a "long shot", about 5-6 minutes? (very few times I've made shots longer than that)
But as I said, it will be the GX7 - apart the better video modes, a proper focus peaking implementation (working in video and without dropping in the framerate as in the E-P5 - could be solved in the E-M1, but haven't saw a video of it yet) and especially the windowed zoom focus assist sold me.
But I will buy it only in December, probably a lot of trustable reviews will be on air until there. :)
It needs testing. As very rarely people make such tests, but you can't change physics, as heat has no way to go with sensor not attached to massive heat spreader.
the windowed zoom focus assist sold me
The focus zoom mode in Panasonic GX7 doesn't work while recording video. However, focus peaking does work during video.
Luminous Landscape by Michael Reichmann - Panasonic GX-7 Field Report: A Stills and Video Winner
As far as overall image quality goes, the GX7 should satisfy all but the pickiest compulsive gear-head, let alone practical photographers. Frankly, over the past couple of years the differences between sensor performance on most cameras has gotten so close that it takes very large prints and 100% pixel peeping to tell the difference. Also, most cameras do quite well up to about ISO 3200, and few of us shoot at higher ISOs in the real world.
The real differences between cameras and camera performance has now shifted to lenses and those features which allow us to shoot and work more productively. In that regard the new Panasonic GX7 comes off very well indeed. http://www.luminous-landscape.com/reviews/cameras/panasonic_gx7_review.shtml
