BTW: after @peaceonearth mentioned the firmware 3.0 problem, I contacted Sony Europe and they admitted that the firmware is faulty and needs to be updated again (unless you haven't uploaded any old picture profiles or didn't adjust PP6 or PP7 and don't plan to do so at any time in the future). I sent it back and it is being fixed right now for no extra charge.

@MikeLinn, very nice work on all accounts. I noticed on the skate video you mentioned you would have shot in sLog2 more if you could — I've noticed, for whatever reason, sLog2 seems a little more noisy in slow motion than the cinegammas. Is this something you've found? I've find if I drop the black gamma it gets rid of it mostly.

Regardless, I was really impressed with the blacks in all your videos, which is something I can't say about all fs700 work. How much of this is in camera and how much in post?
