Journalism is actors in make-up reading off of teleprompters that reflect whatever shit they want to sell at the time. It has nothing to do with investigation or "truth to power". Maybe you're not old enough to remember, but there was a time when we had communities and we trusted our neighbors and friends more than "journalism". Unfortunately, social media seem to be our only communities left to us. A twitter post is as good as it's citations or links, something you don't get from "journalism" anymore besides the usual "inside sources" or "17 intelligence agencies say."
