New firmware v1.1

Any ideas about a cage for the GX9? I contacted Smallrig and they said they were not going to make a cage for the GX9. The size of the GX9 means form fitting cages for other cameras won't work. I work handheld using a half cage on my GH5 (Robot Skin GH5) that I bought for almost half price. I am looking at the Smallrig G7 cage, using it as a half cage. It looks like it may possibily work, but it would leave additional space between the the top of the camera and the top of the cage. Sizewise the G7 and GX9 are close to same size except for the G7 hump. Any thoughts on other cages that could work. Smallrig suggested the VersaFrame cage 1630 but that is ugly and with even the shortest cheeserod it is s-o-o-o tall compared to the height of the GX9. It seems it would stick up above the top plate. So, any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I've got one lightly used because the Panasonic 12-60 comes together, the plan was to keep the lens and sell the body. But liked it more than I tought that would be, and my GX85 was sold.
The big bummer is the additional crop in 4k - very noticeable. But everything else is better than GX85 - tilting EVF (amazing to work in tripods), menus, speed, af switch, color science.
Cropping on cheaper Panasonic bodies comes from Panasonic top management, that just didn't care.
Long time ago I talked to one engineer and he explained that making changes to sensor design and to LSI keeping almost all else the same is around $2-3 in final camera cost, and you will get GH like capabilities. Frequently LSI already had been same as in GH, but they installed too small memory or such.
Top managers never understood any deep tech details and specification had been always very sloppy, usually it is 1-2 people on top working with big resistance who made possible all famous GH bodies.
@Vitaliy_Kiselev I'm sure that the GX9 have the same LSI as the G9, with lower clock / memory and most limits made in firmware.
