Is Leica 14-50 F3.8 better than Panasonic 14-45?

Hello

I need some help choosing between the Leica 14-50 F3.8-5.6 and the Panasonic 14-45 (not the pancake lens). I already have the Leica lens and am thinking to sell it to buy the 14-45 for quieter operation but I am wondering if the 14-45 will produce a lesser quality footage than the 14-50. The IOS is noisy but my main question for this thread is the actual difference in image quality between the 2 lenses

If any of you have any experience using both of these lenses I would really appreciate feedback

i like this lens but the auto-focus breathes a lot. i've seen some reports of new firmware for the lens but i can't find anything online. anybody know whether it exists and where it might be found?

Don't kill me because these lenses were partly discussed in earlier topics. I don't want to discuss the sharpness or optical details of these lenses. What interests me is their character... I am a bit tired of the sterile Panasonic look, even if I love my 20mm Pancake or the 14mm. But I want to change my whole line-up to a more personal aesthetic, including the wideangle, normal and tele range. I would like to try them all out and see which one I like, but this is impossible for me. This is why I am asking you your "Personal View" about them (lenses mentioned in the title are more or less in the same price category). May be some video samples?

Problem follow focus and Optical Panasonic/GH2

Hi all, I did my first work with the GH2 Panasonic Leica 25mm Summilux + but using the follow focus that I had just arrived, and then tested for the first time on the field, I encountered the following problem: focus can not be done with the classic signs of the white disc follow focus because the lens gear, remember that it is mechanical, no correspondence between the movement and the fact the actual increase in focus so I've often found with the adapter ring on the lens all the way up. After checking that follow focus has no mechanical problems I've found that moving quickly or slowly the wheel focusing optics is obtained more or less increase in focus depending on the speed of action and thus rendering useless the same ff if not for an operating comfort. Does anyone have suggestions? thanks

I'm about to buy this lens, however i see two different types of same lens, one with 62mm thread and one with 46mm,
is there any difference or I'm wrong ?
Have anyone experience with this lens ?
