June 28, 2015 | “Funny How? Am I a clown? Here to fucking amuse you?” Yes. At least when it comes to Joe Pesci. Apparently the necessity for good, seasoned Hollywood actors is drying up: Pesci and De Niro have been spotted moonlighting as clowns at children’s parties in Los Angeles. The report was originally picked up by the AP when Pesci allegedly began yelling at a particularly insolent kid, “What the fuck are you doing? Chandon Pictures (comedy) https://personal-view.com/talks/discussion/9481/chandon-pictures-comedy Wed, 29 Jan 2014 04:00:55 +0000 goanna 9481@/talks/discussions

Chandon Pictures follows the adventures of Tom Chandon and his struggling video production company.

Chandon Pictures is an awesome show that keeps you laughing from the first episode to the last. The Story is about Chandon, a struggling movie maker who is stuck at the small job of head documenter at Chandon Pictures. The show is hilarious as is the whole cast including Chandon Himself, Chandons Filmer and even to a lesser extent the manager of the place. (from IMDB)

Always a hoot amongst Australian film makers (but then, we do like to laugh at ourselves), the cringeworthy Tom Chandon considered each wedding video as his chance to break into Hollywood.

Collective noun: a Stash, an Arsenal or a Hoard of Lenses? https://personal-view.com/talks/discussion/4931/collective-noun-a-stash-an-arsenal-or-a-hoard-of-lenses Thu, 18 Oct 2012 19:32:44 +0000 goanna 4931@/talks/discussions I envy those who have a set of lenses. Mine are more like a clutter. I might even have to admit to having accumulated "an embarrassment of lenses".

When I stack my most used ones together they look like a small city CBD. I would prefer a CBD of lenses to my current full postcode of lenses with its outlying trashy suburbs.

OK, so we've got a Murder of Crows, a Huddle of Lawyers, a Splatch of Brochures on a hotel-room sideboard...

What's an appropriate collective noun for a group of lenses?
