Where to get thumb screws for matte box filter holders?

Does anyone know where those tiny thumb screws can be purchased from? I just cannot find it anywhere... the companies that offer matte boxes dont have them in offer as a separate accessory either ;/ any thoughts ?

I purchased several of this item when upgrading my first rail kit.

I am not saying that is the screw you need, you'll need to determine the thread etc
