USB3 Card Readers

I bought this panasonic card reader quite a while ago .. only recently put a USB3 card into my desktop. I just discovered something that pleases me. I can edit directly off the SD cards in AVID .. just tested with driftwood patch (not sure which one) that mediainfo states is 130Mb on my 95MB card.

I also tested some EX3 50Mb footage on a Transcend .. works two.

I think this is cool.

@sybco Very true .. and your saying it dampens the excitement .. and makes me say to myself .. 'It's cool, but I won't make it common practice.'
