iZotope and Native Instruments have announced that they have teamed up to form a new technology group, backed by Francisco Partners and EMH Partners.

And it is some bad news for video related guys. As trends we saw inside iZotope where priority of RX constantly dropped lower and lower and it become more and more tool oriented to music fixing.
