Would this be able to playback H264, 100 mbit/s (GH4, GH5, Sony A63/6500) camera files in real time at full fps?

-I ask because my current laptop is almost 9 years old and cannot do this.

Some video cameras, like Sony can produce slightly non standard files (aka XAVC) so for hardware decoding it is better check such.

But must be able not only to decode (few streams in same time actually), but to encode also.

And also play 8K 10bit HEVC.
