Free high quality mov/mp4 video capture software

Im looking for some video capture software which can record my screen to a mov/mp4 wrapper. The best free capture software Ive found so far is MSI Afterburner, but it only records to AVI, and the MJPEG codec it uses bakes in extra contrast.

I used http://www.flashbackrecorder.com/express but not for recording visually reach things, usual software interface interactions.

Thanks Vitaliy. I also found OBS Studio which seems to be pretty powerful with excellent quality for desktop recordings.

I use OBS (Classic) and it works very well.
