I left a couple of v locks on my double charger for a couple of weeks when it wasn't plugged in and they are dead as the proverbial dodo now. No amount of charging is doing anything. I presume I have drained their very souls leaving them on the charger. Any suggestions or have I thrown $600 on the fire? I imagine I have.
Well, it can be charger chip or just cells protection.
One strange suggestion is to put them in the freezer (in very cold area, like -20C) and while they are cold, but without any frost or water on them try to charge.
@Vitaliy_Kiselev Oh wow, thank you, I will try that. Would be a huge relief if it worked, will let you know how it goes.
I've brought batteries back to life that wouldn't charge with a "refresh" function on a specialty charger.. might look to see if something exists for v-lock batts.
