Japan-based vendors are expected to ship 34.7 million digital cameras in 2015, decreasing 20% on year, according to Japan's Camera & Imaging Products Association (CIPA).
The expected shipments will consist of 21.7 million consumer digital cameras and 13 million DSLRs, slipping on year by 26.7% and 5.8% on year, respectively, CIPA said.
