Question for timelapse photographers

Hello everyone,

I'm working on my graduation project, I want to create the following, and I'd like to hear how you think about it;

"A mobile app, with information about how to make the best timelapses, using any technique (1080p, 4k, HDR, stereoscopic 3d etc) with tips and tricks for the settings."

It will not be an app that makes the timelapse, nor will it be an app that tells you exactly which settings to use; it should be more of a reference work, a helping hand.

Now I'm trying to use the design thinking method to build this idea, so that's why I need opinions. What do you guys think? Is it worth working on? What do you think should definetely be included or excluded? I'm thinking about an app because I suppose it's nice to have it with you when you're shooting a timelapse, but maybe that's a wrong assumption?

Big LED panels - experiences?

I´ve been trying to find some info on BIG led panels (panels which can replace f.i. 4-bank kinoflo´s) but it seems very scarce. Have you tried any, found any good products?

PTZ cam experiences

I´m looking for experiences of remote controlled PTZ cams. Personally, I have a very troubled relationship to a panasonic aw-he50 (can´t get rid of light hz interference) and I´m looking for potential replacements to this piece of ....

Sony EVI-H100s seems reasonable from the spec sheet but it seems impossible to find any footage from it.

I´m sure there are other options out there as well.

Broadcasters Opinions

HI, I have done some work with large international broadcasters. Most of this was done with Sony750's. What is the opinion of the large broadcasters ie Nat Geo, Discovery, etc, with regards to the hacked Panasonic GH2. How do they rate the footage, and what hack is best suited to this type of client. Does any one have any experience with this? Thanks.

Cine lenses and gh2

It seems like theres a bunch of people who shoot with a bigger budget aswell. :)
I'm curious as to your experiences with the gh2 and cine lenses?

Experiences of individual lenses (on other cameras) will also do nicely, as long as we're talking cine lenses.
