There are many sloutions on the net using adapters to adapt let´s say 12V batteries to the H4 5V input using voltage regulators. But I assume the H4 an H4N must have have voltage regulators already built in. So maybe swapping the built in voltage regulator to more versatile version might be a simpler solution - besides heat, because the voltage regulator will become hotter with higher input voltages. Ha anyone opened his Zoom H4 / H4N and did take a look? Or even has a circuit diagram? All the best, Frame

Anamorphic Projector lens on GH4 http://personal-view.com/talks/discussion/15992/anamorphic-projector-lens-on-gh4 Thu, 03 Nov 2016 10:40:11 +0000 Irfan 15992@/talks/discussions I managed to get old projector anamorphic lens produced in Yugoslavia. Not sure about year of production but I can tell it is heavy. Specs I can read on lens: ANAMORFOT 50X2. I manage to combine it with 50mm 1.7 Practica lens. Looks nice. Here is handheld test footage with GH4. I squeeze it in post in After effects. Are there native anamorphic feature to do this on camera? Since I dont have any wider fixed lens Im not sure how wide I can go with it? Also what kind of adapter/clamp you recommend?
