Used Smart phone with good Video Performance around 200$

I am looking to buy a used smart phone with good enough video performance around $200 to use it eventually as video footage for a documentary. I will be travelling in regions where I will not be able to use my camera equipment. Anybody has some ideas? (Somebody told me about IPhone 8 Plus). Thanks for advise

Includes:

Does not include original charger as in my opinion it is not safe to use. Would recommend buyer purchases a D4 Digicharger (£30) Batteries are fully charged so it could be used straight out of the case.

I have modified the PID settings very slightly in the following way:-

I have changed the joystick control to allow tilt up and down and left and right roll (default is tilt and pan)
I have increased power very slightly to try and reduce the amount of bounce and on the setup shown in the picture this proved to be very successful
I added callibration modes to user settings 4 & 5 for on the fly re-callibration when needed.

These settings can be reversed with a little knowledge of the SimpleBGC software and I would be more than happy to assist potential buyer with this. However, I personally feel these settings make it better and much more usable for run and gun type situations.

Between the current economic supports which would be the better choice?

I have seen videos where the Nebula 4000 its ok, another where are deficient. The Pilotfly H1 is in the same line of Nebula, preliminary tests are encouraging, but those videos are made by the manufacturer and dont know the conditions under which they were made, it is always see better user testing in the real world, but its very new. The third option is the Came Mini, but here the price is more expensive.

out of the box brand new , balanced it worked fine , it was Little drifting and sometime it shake due to some camera moves , so i tried to fix it my self by plugging the usb and adjusting and tweaking in SimpleBGC , but somehow i lost all my setting and profile is all mixed , is there anything you can do to help me guys pleaaaaaaaaaaaaaase , i have tried to adjust the PID but it seems like a brain surgery to me , is it there in profile that i can download and uploaded to the gimbal ? or any tutorial or anything ? thank you

Steadicams vs 3 Axis Gimbals

Since the more expensive of the former, such as Blackbird, are comparable cost to cheaper part assembled CAME units. Is it safe to say the older fly-cam/glide-cam type devices have proven inferior to 'active' 3 axis gimbals? In considering purchasing stabilisation for m43rds GH4, where Im shooting quite short takes around 8 seconds of pans and very short track and travels, have 3 axis gimbals made a Fait accompli of older designs?

Could anyone let me know how to set up a stabiliser vest-arm?

I have a generic 5000 series stabiliser that I use by hand. Now through the wonders of the P-V deals I have the 1-7kg version by CAME.

There wasn't an instruction manual so I've had a bit of a play and run about outside with it.

I think that it has to be set as low as possible because the GH2 is so light. At the moment I can still do a better job by hand. I did have a go at running for which I got a better result -- but not like the smoothness in the demo videos.

Could anyone point me in the right direction --- Thanks ..
