Also I'm selling 2 fast 32GB memory cards with it, 2 adaptors for Nikon lenses, one just bought and never use it, with this you can attached the cheap and mighty Nikkor F lenses, which add to the image a real cinematic feeling. problems with sandisk 32gb extreme pro sdhc

I installed the flowmotion and then the driftwood moon hack, but whenever I try to record in the manual mode, which I guess is the mode pros are using, I get the "card is too slow" error and the camera just hangs. I actually had the same error with a 8gb extreme pro and switched to the 32gb one because I thought the 8gb one might be too small.

Would be very nice if somebody could help me out finding a solution. 24p mode works fine though most of the time.

I also tried both cards in two different GH2 models and got the same result (accidently bought two bodys).

edit: Is the 24p mode the one I should be using anyway, or are the hacks turning the manual mode also into shooting 24fps, I am a little confused by that to be honest.

SanDisk 32GB Class 10 died without warning

Before I start: The mentioned Sandisk card is known to be one of the best choices for high bitrate recording with GH2. If you are new to all of this, this post should not mislead you to buy from another vendor. Just don´t. For now SanDisk SDHC Ultra 32GB Class 10 / SanDisk 64GB SDXC Extreme Pro are the two cards you want to buy. Period.

To make a sad story short: After nearly two years of recording with similar hardware (GH2 + Driftwoods latest/Flowmotion + several SanDisk SDHC Ultra 32GB Class 10 UHS-I 30MB/Sec) without any problems ever I turned on my PC the day after shot to backup data and it would not recognize the card - at all. No corrupted filesystem, no request to format it, just if as if there was nothing inserted into cardreader. Windows Drive Manager does not see any new volume when I insert card. Tried to put it back to GH2 and it keeps saying: No Memory Card.

The day before I reviewed footage for client, all was fine. Footage is quite important - could possibly shoot again but would mean a lot (!) of hassle and would loose quite some credits from client. Any kind of data recovery service will need to be payed from my own pocket as it was my cam. Worst case scenario.

What can be done? Any ideas?

Wow there is so much information out there I've been reading for hours and hours.. Currently my first hack is the Sedna A Q20 High Detail matrix - I am going out tmw to test it.

Could anyone be so kind to tell me what types of hacks run good in this card and which hacks would you actually use... this will save me a lot of headaches since I will be able to narrow it down and test the few good patches.

the card is the sandisk 32gb 45mb card.

Best settings for safe spanning

I'm shooting a 1.5 hour performance tomorrow night (just got the gig tonight) and I can't afford to have the any issues with spanning. I've seen posts that 32MB at 1080p/24 is stable but I don't have time to test it out. Can anyone share their experience? I'm tempted to reset the camera to its original firmware to avoid any problems. I've got 32gb Transcend Class 6 cards. Thanks.
