on initial tests seems way better than PS smooth gradient which is what should be used for big reductions, actually bicubic for reductions is puke awful.
as good or better than resizeit on details... the thing is resizeit seems to render smoother curves.
microcontrast adjustment is nice addition and seems well implemented (works!) and it is fucking free.

OK, I am absolutely in love with this plugin! The detail is incredibly fine compared to Photoshop, no matter what resize method you use. Normally you wouldn't notice it, but PS also creates black halos, even if you can't see the white ones. This thickens things up, reducing the fineness of the detail. C3C creates zero halos, allowing all of the true detail to show through. If only they had batch software!
