Looking for a featured SD formatter that aligns clusters/blocks...

... in a special way so that the access to the card will be faster. Unfortunately I didn't had the time to check if this granted a faster access in general or just a faster access in a write/delete/re-write use, but I was willing to put my cards through the paces. I've read about someone in this community who tried such a tool but I've been searching for a full day and I can't find what it is, no matter which keywords I use ! :(
