Cheap 128-256 SD cards?

To carry a few different settings with me, I tried to buy 3 256MB SD cards and was presented with this :)

Isn't there a place that has huge quantities of them and sells for cheap?

Where are you living that shipping was that much?

I have a few old micro sd cards from old cell phones or mp3 players and I also had a SD adapter from some of the micro card purchases and used that as a firmware holder.

Ebay would be your best bet since you don't have to worry about counterfeits since you just want to store firmwares. Or scrounge around your friends, see if they have any old micro cards they never use anymore. Lots of 1-2gb lying around if people haven't thrown them out.
