GH3 common faults and warranty

My GH3 has all the common faults which many has reported.

-loose monitor (cant move it at all without fear)

-scratched or smudged EVF ocular (it is soft plastic)

-loose or empty rolling front wheel (still works but not well)

My GH3 warranty has gone ages ago but some has said that these faults has been repaired without payment after warranty time.

Any experiences of repairing these?
