new guy needs help nikon v1 4k

So i am trying to learn how to do the short 4k videos from raw images in burst mode on the nikon v1. I know how to take the stills on the camera but am at a loss after that. convert to dng? then? Someone please help me out, I am at a stand still. I use fcp x. Please help!
