Panasonic HC-X1000 4K DCI/Ultra HD/Full HD Camcorder

Rumors have it that this camera not only does 4k 60P but also 1080 P120. Is this acurate or have they crippled it in firmware? The other critical thing for me is how does this camera do in poor indoor light?
I have used many CamCorders in the past and much prefer DSLRs and MSLR cameras for Video. But this could be a game changer for me as I have this much invested in the GH4 and two lens.
