Anyone try these new AF extension tubes? The price has dropped to $29. Seems to be a Kenko clone of some sort, with pins. http://www.ebay.com/itm/P-AF3B-Plastic-Automatic-Extension-Tube-For-Olumpus-Panasonic-Micro-4-3-camera-/221495003913?pt=US_Lens_Adapters_Mounts_Tubes&hash=item3392218b09
This adapter set appears to be being marketed as a macro adapter - but it might be useful just to crop to a smaller part of a lens so as to avoid vignetting (like we do when adapting some ENG TV lenses to M4/3).
I don't really like its chances of AF at macro shot distances, but then who cares? Everybody needs to take detail shots sometimes and this is more versatile than the usual, front-of-lens diopter set.
So somebody please buy one and report back,. please? :-)
